    This disclaimer agreement is entered into by and between **Party Central Limited** (“Venue”) and those mention in the name fields of this form **Participant** (“Participant”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

     

    1. **Acknowledgment of Risks:** The Participant acknowledges that participation in activities and any related activities conducted at Party Central Limited, located in the United Kingdom, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and loss. The Participant voluntarily agrees to assume all risks associated with their participation in these activities.

     

    2. **Liability Release:** The Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Party Central Limited, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by the Participant, or to any property belonging to the Participant, while participating in the event or while on premises owned or leased by Party Central Limited.

     

    3. **Indemnification:** The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Party Central Limited against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of the Participant’s involvement in the event and to reimburse Party Central Limited for any such expenses incurred.

     

    4. **Conduct:** Participants are expected to behave responsibly and to respect the rights and dignity of others. Party Central Limited reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund for non-compliance with this agreement, disruptive behavior, or for endangering the health or safety of themselves or others.

     

    5. **Alcohol and Drugs:** The consumption of alcohol on Party Central Limited premises is permitted strictly for individuals over the age of 18, in accordance with UK law. Valid identification may be requested to verify age. The illegal use or abuse of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited, and participants found under the influence of drugs, or consuming alcohol under the legal age, will be removed from the premises immediately.

     

    6. **Photography and Filming:** Participants understand that Party Central Limited or third parties may conduct photography and/or video filming during the event. Participants hereby consent to the use of their image or likeness in any media or promotional material produced by or on behalf of Party Central Limited.

     

    7. **Governing Law:** This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

     

    8. **Acknowledgment:** By signing this agreement, the Participant acknowledges that they have read this disclaimer, understand its terms, are aware of their legal implications, and agree to be bound by its terms.
